Delivery charges are calculated when you checkout and are based upon your location & weight of package. All charges are based on a maximum weight of 20kg. Please allow 5kg of this for Bags, Glass, Packing Box etc – so, max 15kg of goods (Exclude items from Heavy category). For packages larger than this please contact us before placing your order.Delivery charges vary depending on the contents as some items need special handling and some have risk of delivery damages. So charges include such additional values on top of courier charges.
Deliveries to the UK
All orders of £50 or more except heavy items but cart weight less than 20kg is qualified for FREE Delivery. If you are ordering more than 20kg, please split the order to qualify above condition. Items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days due to the current situation. Delivery varies depending on the courier.

We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2-4 business days – UK delivery is normally within 4 to 6 business days.
We must allow 28-days before we can assume the item is lost before we resend another package or refund. You will need to pay re-delivery charges or any ParcelForce surcharges if the courier unable to deliver your parcel as a result of your are not available at your delivery address.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products. If, for any reason you are not entirely happy – please tell us.
The following items are excluded from our returns policy: Gift Vouchers, Beauty Products, Food Products, Food Gifts Sets, Incense Products. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights on the above products. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us.
You may return other unopened goods within 7-days of receipt and, subject to inspection and acceptance, we will refund or provide replacement(s) as applicable.
Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Refunds will have post and packing charges deducted. When an order qualifies for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us such as credit card transaction fees, picking/packing costs, restocking costs, packaging material and return postage fees.
To request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email or telephone. We will require you to return the goods, at your cost, to us for inspection. MEL will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Any uncollected packages that are returned to us, which include fresh fruit and/or vegetables, will require inspection before any refund can be offered. Other products which may be stained or damaged by the fruit and/or vegetables will be omitted from the refund.
E&OE: Whilst we make every effort to ensure our product listings are accurate sometimes the manufacturers will make modifications to ingredients, descriptions and/or recipes associated with said products. We try to spot any changes and update our descriptions accordingly but note that we cannot be held responsible for any changes that we have not been made aware of. Additionally, if you have an intolerance to any particular ingredient(s) feel free to call us to double-check any given product(s)… If you do spot any differences with regards Ingredients listings or Descriptions please email us to bring it to our attention so we can check and make any corrections as applicable.
Any goods dispatched by us in error remain the property of MEL. If you receive any goods by mistake that weren’t ordered, please contact us within 7-days to arrange for us to collect them.
